STOKE BRUERNE PUB WALK | 5.3 MILES | MODERATE | NORTHANTS

May 23 @ 6:15 pm - 8:15 pm BST

Stunning thatched cottages, art sculpture walk, historic area with a museum, open countryside with fabulous views.. oh, & a pub at the end!

🥾 ABOUT THE WALK 🥾

This walk has something for everyone as we start at the church and walk down to the canal. You will spot all sorts of strange things such as a flying witch, a dog burying his head in the ground and thatched boxing hares! We then have a lovely stroll along the canal before venturing off through the woods and over open fields with glorious Northamptonshire views. If we are lucky, we can say hi to the Highland Cattle before looping back through Shutlanger and back to Stoke Bruerne for a well-deserved cuppa.

🗣 WALK LEADERS: Julia Doherty

Please arrive by 6.15 pm we will set off at 6.30 pm sharp. If this is your first walk then please seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red walk leader badge.

🐶 DOG FRIENDLY? Yes

❓ ROUND-ROBIN QUESTION: National Lucky Penny Day – do you have an object that brings you good luck?

☕️ REFRESHMENTS: We will stop at the Navigation Pub for a drink after the walk.
