Risk Assessment Submission Form

As the company has grown we are unable to attend every single risk assessment for a new AG walk. We have implemented a process that most walk leaders will be aware of. As long as we have registered the walk, mapped it correctly, and noted the trip hazards and details of the walk from a risk point of view, then the approved walk will be added to the AG portfolio.
