FOOT BALM

Part of my daily hiking routine when on a long trail is to add foot balm to my feet.  Its relaxing protects from blisters and looking after your feet is so essential on a long multi-day hike.  I’m often asked what do I use?  I have been using the Earthzest foot cream and overnight treatment for the last few years and I swear by it.  It smells lovely, is certified vegan with 100% natural products / organic and stops itching and burning instantly.  I decant mine into little tiny tubs as it lasts ages!
