DOARY – A DIARY FOR DOING!
I love this idea! I currently have the 30-day Doary and I think it’s brilliant. I am a big believer that writing by hand is so important, especially now in this world of digital media. I journal daily, so taking it one step further to ensure that my training for the PCT is on track was a no-brainer. I’ve just now ordered the 100-day version of Doary for healthier eating habits. There is something very satisfying about writing about your achievements on a daily basis. Baby steps are taken every day to for a new habit or to achieve a goal.
