SALOMON PULSAR TRAIL PRO
I was looking for a trail runner that was designed for long distances with extra cushioning. My “must haves” was a min of 3mm lugs and quick lace system. I am a fan of the Salomon brand and when I saw a review of the Pulsar Pro I was instantly drawn to them as they have an anti-debris collar which acts like a gaiter to stop stones/sand etc from entering the shoe. I’m hoping that this will prove to be a good choice for hiking in the desert as they are lightweight (230g) and they fit well with some good flexibility (but not too flexible). Review coming soon once I’ve put some mileage on them, but so far so good. Will this be my PCT shoe?
