Entrepreneur and former workaholic, Julia Doherty began her 500-mile hike across Spain in 2016 with her 13-year-old daughter and best friend of over 40 years.

This challenging journey allowed Julia to reflect, process grief, deal with rejection, appreciate true friendship and join a community of strangers which resulted in 21 lessons that changed her perspective on life.

In Once Upon The Camino de Santiago, as she wanders through medieval Spanish villages, miles of vineyards in the scorching sun and over the Pyrenees mountains in the pouring rain, Julia shares the magic that ignited her soul and made her look at life through new eyes.
