Our First Aid workshops are headed by Jan Southam whose whole career has been spent in the medical profession and delivering training since 2013. Jan and her team of highly qualified and experienced trainers are in the unique position of being able to apply their real-life experiences to the learning, bringing it to life in a way that makes a powerful difference.

Together, our mission is to deliver high-quality, regulated and engaging training catering to all learning styles and at competitive rates, ensuring that all learners gain valuable life-saving or life-enhancing skills in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Our mental health in the workplace courses are OFQUAL-accredited
