*NEW* Farthingstone Loop Walk | Northamptonshire – 5 Miles

August 9, 2018 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm BST

Starting from the Kings Arms in Farthingstone, Northamptonshire we will walk a loop across open countryside. This is a lovely walk and we will see lots of open pasture land with a few inclines and declines but nothing too strenuous.
We do have to climb over a few stiles and the beginning of the walk is a little overgrown, so I would suggest wearing long trousers if you don't want to get stung by nettles.

We do pass by a lake which has wild birds, including two beautiful swans.

Walk leaders: Julia & Rachel

All walks are free of charge, however, if you would like to support the Adventure Geek walks then simply buy me a coffee (all donations appreciated).   Buy Me a Coffee at ko-fi.com

  • Good trainers or walking shoes (and other clothes of course!).
  • Shorts are fine on this walk.
  • It's 5 miles, so please bring a bottle of water and perhaps a snack
  • Money for a drink in the pub afterwards (Not essential, but we welcome everyone to join us).
  • A dog-friendly walk, so please feel free to bring along your little furry friends.

Meet at 6.20pm, with a view to starting the walk at 6.30pm.

Please register to let us know that you are coming along. (See registration below)

If you wanted to have a look to see what this walk is like, then here is the scope walk that I completed a few weeks ago.
