AG Social Club Event Form

This is a form for members of the AG social club.  Our social club is run by the members, but is open to new people.

  • How do you pay for each event?  We want to keep things simple.  Attendees will register for an event via Eventbrite, and then we will add them to the WhatsApp Group specifically set up for the event.
  • The organiser will then give a deadline for the bookings and post their bank details in the WA group for tickets.
  • Once all funds are collected, then the organiser will purchase the tickets.
  • Ongoing communication about the event will continue via WA.

AG Social Event Suggestion

This form will be used to create an AG social event. The process is:- 1. Add your idea to the AG Social WhatsApp Group. 2. If it seems popular (min of 5 people), then complete this form. 3. Julia will then create an Eventbrite listing for the event and a WhatsApp group specifically for the event. You will be added as an administrator for the WhatsApp Group.

Please tell us a little bit about the event itself. Also, please note here If you think it would be good to meet up beforehand at a cafe/pub or for a meal, Perhaps there is a plan after the event? {Please suggest the location if we are meeting before/after). What about parking? Pre-orders for food? Is there a menu link? When do we need to submit the preorder by?
Please indicate the price of the tickets. If the event is free then simply type "free"

This will require you to give your bank details in the WhatsApp Group and be responsible for the tickets.
